Role of Celebrant Ever Grace Ceremonies, led by Heather Cole, offers personalized funeral ceremonies and celebrations of life through storytelling-based services. While Heather is a licensed minister and certified celebrant specializing in creating meaningful ceremonies, she does not manage legal documentation, funeral logistics, or venue coordination—these details are handled by the funeral home or other providers, ensuring the confidentiality of personal information.
Confidentiality of personal information is paramount in our celebration of life ceremonies. All personal stories, names, and sensitive information shared during family meetings are treated with the utmost care and respect. This information is exclusively used to craft personalized funeral ceremonies and is not disclosed publicly without express permission.
Recording and Media Use
All services conducted by Ever Grace Ceremonies, including personalized funeral ceremonies and celebrations of life, are recorded. By engaging Ever Grace Ceremonies, the client acknowledges and agrees to the recording of the service and the delivery of that recording to the family.
The client further grants permission for Ever Grace Ceremonies to use select photos, video, or excerpts for promotional, marketing, and portfolio purposes, while ensuring the confidentiality of personal information. All shared content will be used respectfully and with discretion.
If the client has specific requests regarding what should not be recorded or shared, those requests must be communicated in advance and agreed upon in writing.
Intellectual Property All written ceremony scripts, content, and materials created by Ever Grace Ceremonies, including those for personalized funeral ceremonies and celebrations of life, are original works that remain the intellectual property of Heather Cole. These materials may not be reused, shared, or published without written permission, ensuring the confidentiality of personal information.
Limitation of Liability Heather Cole is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes related to venue, weather, equipment, or third-party providers. Her role is to guide families through the planning of personalized funeral ceremonies and to ensure a meaningful celebration of life that reflects shared stories and preferences while upholding the confidentiality of personal information.
Cancellations & Rescheduling for personalized funeral ceremonies can incur fees depending on the extent of work completed once a ceremony has been scheduled. To ensure the smooth coordination of a celebration of life, please communicate any changes as early as possible, keeping in mind the confidentiality of personal information.
