Role of Celebrant
Ever Grace Ceremonies, led by Heather Cole, provides personalized funeral and celebration of life ceremonies through storytelling-based services. While Heather is a licensed minister and certified celebrant, she does not handle legal documentation, funeral logistics, or venue coordination. These aspects are managed by the funeral home or other providers.
Confidentiality of Personal Information
All personal stories, names, and sensitive information shared during family meetings are treated with the highest level of care and respect. This information is used solely to create a personalized ceremony script and is not shared publicly without express permission.
Use of Ceremony Content for Promotion
With the family’s written consent, Ever Grace Ceremonies may share a brief (up to 3-minute) video clip or photo that highlights the general structure or atmosphere of the ceremony for promotional purposes on the website or social media. No private information, faces, or identifying details will be shared without explicit approval.
Intellectual Property
All written ceremony scripts, content, and materials created by Ever Grace Ceremonies are original works and remain the intellectual property of Heather Cole. These may not be reused, shared, or published without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Heather Cole is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes related to venue, weather, equipment, or third-party providers. Her role is to guide families through ceremony planning and deliver a custom tribute based on shared stories and preferences.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Once a ceremony has been written or scheduled, cancellations may be subject to fees, depending on the amount of work completed. Please communicate any changes as early as possible.
